Step 1- Take a hot griddle or tawa with a lid and heat it on a high flame for 3 minutes. Add half tsp of butter and carefully place all the skewed chicken pieces.
Step 2- Switch to medium flame.
In a minute flip the chicken pieces and add 50 ml of water on the tawa and
close the lid.
Step 3- Let the chicken cook for 5 minutes on a medum flame.
Open the lid and flip the chicken pieces. Add 2 tsp of butter and evenly roast the paneer on a high flame.
Step 4- Ensure roasting on all sides.
Sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot along side lemon and onion.
