Step 1: Wash the rice 3 times thoroughly. Soak the rice in 350ML of water for 30 minutes
Step 2: Heat a pressure cooker on a low flame. Add the chicken marinade and saute for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Strain the rice and preserve the water. Add the Strained rice in the pressure cooker and mix gently along with the marinade.
Step 4: Add the preserved 350ML water along with mint into the pressure cooker and bring it to a boil. Close the lid after the boil and put on the whistle.
Step 5: Wait for two whistles and
turn off the flame. Allow the cooker to cool down and release pressure. Top with ghee, fried onion, and coriander.
Step 6: Serve hot along with raita, onion, and lemon.
