Step 1 – In a steamer, Heat the water for 10-12 mins until it starts to steam.
Step 2 – Add the Bao and steam for 7- 8 Minutes.
Step 3 – In a pan/ microwave, heat the sauce for 2 minutes.
Step 4 – In a Non Stick Pan, Saute pulled Chicken for 2-3 minutes
Step 5 – Assembly : On the Bao, apply Mayonnaise, and lettuce.
Step 6 – Add the Sauted Pulled Chicken and pour Sauce on top and sprinkle Toasted sesame seeds and Chopped Coriander.
