Step 1:Wash the 2-3 times & soak it in 1 lit water In athick Bottom Vessel
Step 2: On A hot Tawa, Add the Marinated Chicken Tikka and Fry it for 3 Minutes on Each side
Step 3: On a high flame, place the vessel with soaked rice, add salt and whole spices and cook the rice for 10 minutes until hard bite. Strain the rice and keep aside.
Step 4: In a pressure cooker, saute the Tikka Biryani Masala for 5 minutes and add 50 MI of water and cook for 3 minutes more. and Transfer it to bowl
Step 5: “In the same Pressure add a thin layer of Basmathi rice and add some chicken tikka pices, Some Tikka Masala Gravy and repeat the same till you finish all ingridents.
and Top it with Ghee, brown Onion, Mint and Corinder ”
Step 6: Close the lid of the cooker and place it on a high flame. Wait for 1 whistle. Then allow it to simmer for 10 minutes before switching off the flame. Allow the cooker to cool down and serve hot alongside raita and salad.
