1. Apply the garlic butter to the Bread. (If butter is refrigerated bring it down to room temperature before applying on bread)
For Tawa: Apply butter on both the sides and fry it on tawa, flip the bread and add the diced mozzarella and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes until you achieve a molten cheesy crispy and golden brown finish for a better tasting Garlic bread.
For OTG/Oven: Preheat your oven to 180⁰-220⁰c, apply butter and mozzarella on the bread and toast it for 1-2 minutes until you achieve a molten cheesy crispy and golden brown and your Cheese garlic bread is ready
