Step 1: On a hot Tawa/Non-stick pan, brush butter.
Step 2: Put the paratha on the tawa and fry on the first side for 1 minute.
Step 3: Flip the paratha and brush more butter and fry on the order side for 2 minutes until golden spots appear.
Step 4: Flip on the first side and fry until golden spots appear.
Step 5 : Serve hot with pickle or curd.
