Step 1: Wash the rice 3 times thoroughly. Soak the rice in 400 ML of water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat the pressure cooker on a low flame. Add the Veg marinade and saute for 8 minutes.
Step 3: Strain the rice and preserve the water. Add the Strained rice in the pressure cooker and mix gently along with Naati Veg marinade.
Step 4: ” Add the preserved 400ML water along with mint into the pressure cooker and bring it to a
boil.Add salt. Close the lid after the boil and put the whistle.”

Step 6: Serve hot alongside raita,onion and lemon.
