Step 1 – Take a non-stick pan or Kadai and heat on a medium flame. Add the curry marination. Saute for 7 minutes.
Step 2 – Add 100 ml of water and close the Kadai with a lid for 5 minutes. Allow it to cook on a low flame.
Step 3 – Open the lid and saute again for 2 minutes. Add 150 MI of water close the lid again. Let it cook for another 5 minutes on a low flame.
Step 4 – Garnish with coriander chop, seasoning powder and butter.
Step 5 – Serve hot along side soft roti or basmati rice.
