Step 1 – For Wings: Add 100 Ml water to Tempura batter and mix well.
Step 2 – Dip the wings in tempura batter and deep fry in 160 degree hot oil until golden brown.
Step 3 – For tossing: In a pan, add the Peri peri Sauce and Heat for for 2 minutes.
Step 4 – Add the fried Tempura coated wings and Toss for 2 minutes.
Step 5 – Garnish with Coriander and Roasted Sesame.
