Step 1: Take the Pot and brush it with some oil and empty the smoked butter paneer gravy into it. Garnish the gravy with cream, butter, and kasoori methi.
Step 2: Roll out the dough into a strip and line it on the edge of the pot.
Step 3: Optional:Use the tong and heat the charcoal directly on the flame for 2-3 minutes, Take the hot charcoal and put it in the Silver foil bowl. Pour the ghee on the charcoal and place it on top of the gravy and close the lid firmly and ensure there are no gaps in the seal.
Step 4: Place the Pot on the Stove on a low flame for 12 minutes. Switch off the flame and keep the pot aside and let it rest for a minimum of 5 minutes to complete the Dum process. Use a knife or ladle to break the seal (Tip: Insert the knife at the edge and twist to open the lid) and serve it hot.
