Prepare a nutritious Mughlai preparation that is vibrant in colour prepared by sauteed vegetables in a bed of mildly spiced soft yellow rice. Our meal kit lets you do all this in just under 40 minutes!!

What you need

Pressure Cooker Frying Spoon Strainer Boiling Vessel, 1tsp Ready to Cook Kit


Step 1: Wash the rice thoroughly and soak in 350ml of water for 30 Mins. Step 2: Heat the pressure cooker on a low flame and add the tehari marinade and saute for 5 minutes. Step 3: Strain the rice keep the water aside. Add the rice in the pressure cooker and mix gently with the tehari marinade. Step 4: Add the preserved 350ml water along with mint and saffron water into the pressure cooker and bring it to a boil. Close the lid. Step 5: Wait for two whistles and turn off the flame. Allow the cooker to cool down. Top with ghee, fried onion, and coriander. Step 6: Serve along with raita, onion and lemon.
