Step 1: Wash the rice 3 times throughly. Soak the rice in 350ml of water for 30 Mins.
Step 2: Heat the pressure cooker on a low flame. Add the tehari marinade and saute for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Strain the rice and preserve the water. Add the Strained rice in
the pressure cooker and mix gently along with tehari marinade.
Step 4: Add the preserved 350ML water along with mint and saffron water into the pressure cooker and bring it to a boil. Close the lid after the boil and put the whistle
Step 5: Wait for two whistles and turn
off the flame. Allow the cooker to cool down and realease pressure. Top with ghee fried onion and coriander.
Step 6: Serve hot along side raita, onion and lemon.
